Delete your account

From the app

This is the quickest way. While signed in, open Account › My account and tap “Delete account”, at the end of the page. You will be asked to confirm and, if that device has playlists from the account, whether to remove them or keep them on that device only.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. We will do so within 30 days at most and confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

• The account: your email address and sign-in with your password.
• The playlists saved to the account, which were encrypted and unreadable to us.
• The favourites, watch progress and last channel of those playlists.
• The devices signed in to the account.

Everything is removed from the service at once. The only thing that may remain for a few more days is the daily database backup, which overwrites itself: after seven days nothing is left.

What is not deleted

What lives only on your devices (this device’s playlists, their favourites and settings) is not held by us: uninstalling the app removes it. And if you use the app without an account, we hold no data of yours to delete.
